Yes, and there is no obligation attached to them. We come out, look at the actual work, and give you a written estimate with the scope spelled out. You are free to take it elsewhere — plenty of people do, and some of them come back.

Both. A single interior door, a room of baseboard or a soft board on a deck are all perfectly normal jobs for us. We would rather do the small job well and be the person you call next time.

Yes. We carry insurance and we pull permits where the work requires them. Ask and we will send documentation before anything starts.

Not necessarily. Some clients are there the whole time, others give us access and check in at the end of the day. Either works — we protect the space, keep it clean and send progress photos if you are away.
